I'd start with just the Lion House Rolls. You can get the recipe online by doing a google search, and if you can't just e-mail me.
Just have bread rising in a warm place- like inside the microwave (turned off naturally) or on top of the stove (maybe while something is baking inside). You can even rise in the oven by turning it on to 70 degrees then turn off and put the dough in. Cover with a dish cloth.
Oh and use a candy therm to test the water. Too hot and it will kill the yeast, too cold and it won't activate.
Sorry this is long. I like to bake bread. I could go on and on. It's not rocket science, I swear.
i LOVE homemade bread...haha but I don't really know how to make it either...haha sorry
